Phyllis C. Chang, M.D. joined the practice in the Fall of 1997. She was previously at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston as a Clinical Instructor of Gastroenterology. Dr. Chang graduated 1986 from Rice University in Houston, with B.A. degrees in Biology and Psychology. She completed her medical degree at Texas A&M University College of Medicine in 1990. Postgraduate medical internship, residency, and assistant chief residency at the Cornell Teaching Hospital in New York City. In 1996 Dr. Chang completed a three year fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Texas/M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. She is licensed to practice medicine in Texas and is board certified in Gastroenterology. Dr. Chang is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterology Association, and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Dr. Chang lives in College Station with her husband and three children.
